February has tricked my body into thinking it must need to hibernate. Thankfully we had a week full of good weather so all it took was a quick walk out in the fields to let the sunshine refuel me. It's always the simplest things that change the course of the day.

Up For Air. "What do you do when you’re drowning in something worthy? When the muchness of it all is suffocating, when you want to come up for air so badly but when you do, your heart beckons you back to the waves? Are your gasps of breath a rescue or an escape?" Yes. That.
How to Become A Saint. "The world needs an incongruent people who stand not against this despairing world but outside of it, calling it to something other." I wrote a post about finding a more complete faith (okay, fine, it was about my new tattoo), but this piece feels like the semi-colon to that piece; a separate but related thought.
Milk & Cookies. This playlist has brightened our days and even turned one of my music ambivalent children into a fanatic. It's just the right combo of perky, chill, clean, and fun. Particular favorites: When One Became Two, The Coffee Song, Yellow Submarine, and Ghostbusters.
Bear &Squirrel Prayer Calendar. Just in case I'm not the only one who gets stuck in a prayer rut, we are going through a season of teaching our kids to pray and this is such a helpful tool.
