We did as we do and we headed for the hills this last weekend. I think it's clearly on record now that I'm a camping junkie. Even I'm surprised that it's pretty much my favorite thing to do with my whole family.
It's always a delicate balance with us, Russ wants to go to the same places and do the same thing. If it's not broke, don't fix it, right? I, however, am always looking for something new, a new idea, a new place. Yolo, right?
It's safe to say that with seven people in one family we have a huge range of comfort zones. I kinda think that is why camping works so well for us. We can go to the same place and camp in the same campground and yet never hike the same trails. We can take our camper and sleep in our sleeping bags, and yet the call of the wild means that the experience is never completely settled.
How about you? Are you a stay the same or always different kind of vacation person?
