Prayers and Pics July 25th

People.

Y'all.

You right there.

Thank you. Thank you a million times.

You prayed. You fasted. Many of you woke up in the middle of the night for us. You gave up food. You set alarms. You thought of us in the middle of a busy day.

Take Heart. GOD HEARD YOU.

We are now the legal guardians of the boys.

Also?

We seem to be moving forward in our attachment process all of the sudden. Which was when we realized that in praying for daily survival, we have spent about zero minutes praying about process. And now we are facing the thick of it.

So...

-Please pray that we would get passports quickly! This can be a long and tedious ordeal. We need your prayers.

-Please pray that our paperwork would be fully completed and acceptable to both IOM and the US Embassy. Paperwork delays cost people weeks in this process. Weeks that would mean splitting up as family for an indefinite amount of time. We really, really, really, really don't want to do that.

-Please pray that the Embassy will accept our first request and quickly issue a visa for the boys.

-Continued prayers for institutional and attachment issues. While we, all of the sudden, seem to have made leaps and bounds of progress, there are still difficult times of the day and sometimes it is still a little awkward and forced. We will get there. We are getting there. But we still need prayer to keep us on the path!

Just washing the dirt of their shoes. No seriously, they played in that bucket for an hour.Toys? We don't need no stinking toys.
